Enquiries are not confirmed orders

Submitting a website or WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve a product or create a confirmed purchase. We will personally confirm availability, price, collection or delivery arrangements, and payment details.

Product information

We make every effort to describe colours, sizes and materials accurately. Screen colours can vary. Please ask if you need a particular measurement or detail before confirming.

Delivery and collection

Options and costs are confirmed with the customer before an order is accepted. Estimated timing begins after confirmation and may vary by destination.

Returns and consumer rights

Any agreed change-of-mind terms will be provided before purchase. Your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law are not limited by these terms.

Custom stitching

Scope, measurements, price and completion estimates are agreed personally before stitching begins. Custom work may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, but legal guarantees continue to apply.
